Becoming an eLearning Instructional Designer
What am I doing? I always wanted to be a teacher and have been in post-secondary education for over 16 years and here I am desiring to become an eLearning Instructional Designer. I don't want to stop teaching because it helps me understand what makes the learner motivated. What do I bring to the table? Hard-working, Me. I have always liked helping others learn by sharing what I know.
Traditional learning is out. The new age of learning engages students and helps them become motivated to learn. How is that done? Through technology and gamification and simply interactive characterized, personalized, visual and audio inspired learning modules. This is my first blog and just the beginning. I plan to spend time everyday visiting the eLearning Heroes Community I was introduced to when I purchased Articulate Storyline2. What a great support system. I'm on my way....
